Error while connecting sap business one app in android

Hello Experts,

I installed SAP 8.82 PL8 in my test server, when i try to connect SAP B1 App from my android mobile set it showing error as "Failed to connect to /192.168.1.116(Port 8443): Connect failed : ECONNREFUSED (connection refused)". Please guide me how to solve this issue.
