R3 data enhancement

Hello,

i need to add data for one field "Reason for Movement : GRUND" for a certain plant  for datasource 2lis_03_bf.

how can i do that.

i checked that the fiels GRUND and Plant (WERKS) are coming from table MSEG.

i need to get these both field's data in bw finally.

Dear Swethe,

Here you need work around 2 things:

1. Weather field 'GRUND' is present in communication structure or not.

If , yes you transfer field from communication str to extract str by inactivating datasource through LBWE.

2. If field is not available in communication str - then do CMOD/BADI enhancement.

Generally enhancing inventory datasource is not recommended.

i think ,the field GRUND was being present in the datasource,so, enhancement logic is not required here . you just confirm by checking the datasource in RSA3 whether data is coming or not .

GRUND (Reason for the Goods Movement) field will be available in 2lis_03_bf .u will get data directly.

Hi,

Assuming as you need field GRUND.

First check your data source. wether its have field GRUND or not. if its there then you can data source directly without any changes.

if not available then required field need to append to your extract structure at SE11. after that you need to maintain logic to fill the added field. Logi can be maintained at Tx - CMOD, Exit - EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001, INCLUDE ZXRSAU01.

With help of abap expert you can maintain logic.

i think  Grund field is already available in BF data source  you need to enable , check in LBWE  once.

copy that structure information  MC03BF0 and check once in se11

You need to enhance your datasource...need to write customer exit code for mentioned datasource.

When you load the data your code will execute and populate the data.
