hi Jerry,

please provide some more info like

- what type of database is this,

- what version of crystal,

- what is the database driver and version,

- are you using an application or plain crystal

- are you using one of the web viewers

- is the report based off of more than 1 connection

- does a new report work

- etc.

thanks

finally

could not get Reply to work for the longest time

Crystal reports is part of a proprietary program we use for our business..the program is called Dutycalc

I am checking on the v. of Crystal the program uses as well as the other data you asked for

Crystal is an integral part of the program..the program runs the report but for whatever reason now I get the error msg. and can't view the report on the screen or print it..worked fine until 2-3 days ago

hi Jerry,

unfortunately as this is not a standalone version of crystal but is a 3rd party program, then this type of question (datebase connectivity error) should be directed towards the manufacturer of the program...unless of course another dutycalc user is out there and can answer your question in a timely fashion.

here's their (dutycalc) support email.

best of luck,

-jamie
