export large target group to file

Good afternoon everyone

I'm currently trying to export a large target group to file in order to do an excel cross chek with another data source.

My necesity would be to do it directly from a table in GUI, without using follow up operations on the target group (as the entire target group does not get exported) or without an export channel from the campaign (as some parteners will have the message "cannot be contacted" and thus again will not be exported properly ).

Any input on how I could manage some high amonunts of data (>500 000 bp) directly from target group tables would be appreciated and rewarded.

Best regards

hi Razvan,

you will find the target group in the database CRMD_MKTTG_TG_* (H for header, I for the items and O for the objects).

you could also use a mailform for file export and use channel CSV in campaign. this should create a file on your application server.

best wishes,

Hakan

Good day Hakan

Campaign execution is not helping in my case and I was also looking for a faster solution than  target group -> bp guid -> bp code by using the CRMD_MKTTG_TG_* tables.

(The target groups are over 500 000 bp, and I would like to take the bp codes all at once, without having the common "multiple selection range" isssue in but000 when converting from the bp guid)

If nothing comes up I will be using this approach though.

Any solutions on mass coverting bp guids to bp codes?

Thank you for your reply.

Best regards

Hi razvan,

You can create a database view linking CRMD_MKTTG_TG_I (and another CRMD_MKTTG_TG* tables with BUT000 in order to get bp numbers.

It is simple, fast and easy.
