    Hi Sandeep Nikumbh,

I think for this scenarios SAP standard system will't support but there is one way

Create one Paid/Unpaid holiday leave like a absence type without having quota, Then ask them to use this leave like a holiday who can eligible for particular employee's.

I think this information is helpful..........ℹ️

Is this applicable for all new joiners who joins after 05th of the joined month?

      Hay bhai,

Just create a new PCR with having a wage type in IT 0015 and calculate the amount to be paid with entering number in IT 15 same like how we do for any OT to be paid through IT 15 or else through IT 2010. By doing this system would be able to know the amount to be paid with PCR and numbers can be entered in IT 15 as days.

      Hope this would help.
