I'm getting the following error message when I'm try to the BEx tools (Query designer, Web application designer, etc).

I'm trying to connect from Windows 7 Home premium.

Any thoughts?

Hi

Looks like you don't have the S_RFC authorization which is required to access bw with the business explorer tools.

Hi,

Run the Support Desk Tool from note 937697. Be sure to download the latest version. Then correct

any errors that are shown. Also ensure the SP is not on patch 0. This can solve the issue.

Dear Sunil,

Check for proper login credentials.

Check for authorisation also. Get details from BASIS team for proper assignment of roles to your User ID.
