Why Plan cost/ revenue not getting updated in Transaction code: KKAJ in case of completed contract method?

Hello CO/PS Gurus,

Could you please help me to understand , why Plan cost/ revenue is not getting displayed in Transaction code: KKAJ ( Collectively run) incase of WBS with RA key assigned is "Completed contract" although the values are appearing in Transaction code: KKA2 ( Individual run)

We could observe that incase of WBS with RA as "Percentage of completion", the Plan cost and Plan revenue is appearing correctly in Transaction code: KKAJ and also in Transaction code: KKA2.

Required your expert comments to resolve the above issue.

Abhinav,

I believe it is based on project status and valuation method in that status.

Check what valuation method used for your RA key.

I have not expertise in PS but recently i came across this scenario.

THanks for your reply. We have checked and the valuation method seems fine.

Actually when running KKA2, the plan values are appearing as desired.

But only when we do a collective RA run (KKAJ) then the plan cost and revenue is not appearing, rest  of the other fields are getting updated as expected.

Please note this is happening only in case of Completed contract RA key  where as KKAJ runs perfectly well in case of Percentage of completion RA.
