Price Change showing in MR21 with user who is not having authorization

Dear All,

for One user we don't have authorization for MR21  to change Standard price. but when we check the materiel price changes that user is name showing in MM04, MM03.That particular user never have MR21 authorization. is there any way MR21 changes will show in material master.

Hi,

   Go to AUT10 transaction. Press F9. In the selection screen, enter the table (MBEW) and field (STPRS), along with date and other parameters, you can execute.

   You may use type of change as "U" and material number in object value field if required.

Go to MM03.

Display the material.

Go to environment-display changes

You will see the t-code with user name

Double Click on line item to see details.

Yes it will show in change documents with T-code used..

But check the user was having before the authorization and later it was with drawn or what check the dates on which the user had changed and the dates on which his role was take back you will come to know..

user never have MR 21 authorization and he never used that t code . ( we have one report , we can get information from that report who used Which T code ) in that Report he never used MR21.

and I checked  change authorization for user

Is there a possibility that there is a custom program which was used?

Please check all programs the user executed.

If the standard system shows the price is get changed by the user.

Then it will happens. May be its from any types of Z screen. which is involved the price changes.

If you know the particular date, in which date the price is get changed by the user.

You can use t-code STAD for the user access t-codes.

in STAD, system you tell you that which t-code used by the user.

I have got list of tcodes user used in that day , but he did not use MR21 on that day.

is there any way RFC play something .?

As you have said you find the all t-codes.

Have you check in this t-codes, is there are any types of Z t-codes which is involved with price change.
