Activating BI Content

Hi

I am new to BI/BW and have been given the task of activating BI content for SCM (MM and Procurement). My first task is to activate the R3 data sources but i'm not sure where to do this.

I have been exploring transaction ROSR to try to work out what to do.

Which detail do i require to know which data sources to activate for SCM here?
