Can we transport from Solaris/Oracle to Linux/Hana?

We are planning our migration of ECC from Solaris/Oracle to Linux/Hana. We are using the classic migration method and will be migrating to the same exact support package level. We are thinking of migrating our development system and using it to transport to both a Solaris/Oracle and a Linux/Hana QA system. Is this feasible for the short term during our migration?

Ok, this is more related to NetWeaver transport management than to HANA, but for the sake of it:

Technically speaking: yes, heterogeneous transports are possible, but might not make a lot of sense.

Oracle, for example will see different table/index structures than HANA (besides other differences) - so your dev/QA system wouldn't be a good predictor for how your code will work on the production system.
