Hello colleagues,
My company has a client who wants to implement SAP Solution Manager on their servers. We support our client, but the client wants to send incident messages through their SAP Solution Manager to our SAP Solution Manager, i.e. conduct the communication via SAP Solution Manager. (It is our client requirement).
I surfed the web, but I could not find any manual or configuration guide in this kind of situation. Please advise me with link or any helpful source.
