Dear Gurus,
Here with I am asking the regular issue, which is an Production order issue:
All the orders been activated with Techo & then activated with Deletion flag where the orders are not at delivered.
But, in the same plant one of the order is thronging an error with message number: KO115
Balance order is not zero.
Why this is happening in only one order...
Pls required to solve this issue, flash lights on urgent process...

Hi Madhu,
Generally system won't allow you to set Deletion flag of the order if the order having balance amount. Check the material movement, whether any GI happened and check the cost analysis through menu go to---> Cost, where you can seen the costing calculation. To set the deletion flag against the processing order either you have to cancel all your GI movement or do the settlement to your order. Then only system will allow you to set the deletion flag. Check and revert back.

Execute the cost settlement for the production order using KO88 before activating the Deletion flag.

You need to calculate the variance and then settle the production orders before closing and archiving them.
