HCI - Problem with business partner in service request replication

Hi everyone,

I am currently doing the replication of service requests from S4 to C4C and I'm facing a problem.

When the service request is created in C4C, the business partner ID is not displaying correctly. Indeed, I mapped it (field PARTNR in my IDOC) to the service request BuyerParty- BusinessPartnerInternalID but it is actually the business partner's External ID.

Does anyone have an idea how to achieve this ? Do I have to make a developpement to make it work, or is there an easiest solution?

Problem solved with a script in CAS.
