Hi friends,
We are using an MM infocube ZIC_C03_P in Inventory module to run a report.
However the data is not getting fetched to the report. The data in the cube was aggregated however it is available for current few months.
On checking the fields of the cube, there is a field of auto backflush indicator which is present in the cube.Even on trying to see the contents at the cube for the current months data, the data is not getting fetched.
Has the auto backflush any role to play for the data being not visible? Please can anyone explain bacflush procedure?
Thanks,
xyz
Hi,
Can you try this Open your Bex analyzer
Open query -> login to your bw system -> Open Cube ZIC_C03_P into analyzer.
It will show the keyfigures then drill down with repective char and validate with R/3.
Please try this because indicatore does not create problem amd if your cube have data it should show in analyzer..
Listcube also you can try but analyzer is easy method generally I would go for.

Hi Lalitha,
If your just keeping filter on current month then data needs show. then indicator never plays any role while displaying.
as my guess you may not be entering current month in proper format. so just see the cube data without any selection and check the month format.
again back, enter the current month in proper forma and hit the display it may works.
Mean while check the info request whether its available for reporting or not.
check the aggregates also filled or not.
Thanks

Dear Lalit,
If you are able to view Inventory stk data at LISTCUBE level for a specific month for specific Plant/storage location, there might be some other reason.
Back-flush is not cause for not appearing data either LISTCUBE or Bex end.
Validate data material wise , by taking one material for testing which has posting till most recent time. Then validate closing stock at Bex end for this material, by validating data with MB51 or MB5B.
See there might be any filters/ conditions at Bex end which are causing not to view data.
