Sales Based Settlement : Unit Rate instead of %

Hello

We have a requirement to use SBS in following way:

If sales are upto 10,000 units then rent will be EUR 1.5/ unit

if it is >10,000 but <= 15,000 units then rent will be EUR 1.25/ unit

if it is >15,000 then rent will be EUR 1/ unit

Not able to find out where to do these settings. Can see only % as the parameter

Hello Rakesh,

In contract under sales based rent agreement tab, under sales rule please maintain required grading.

Please click on  button available in last column to maintain grade.

Hi Rakesh,

See the following SPRO path:

Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) > Sales-Based Settlement > Reporting Rule > Sales Types

You can define a new sales type with its own unit of measure. After creating, use it in contract for the reporting rule.
