Hi,

1. I developed some field exits for iw21 transaction.

I want to transport those exits. If i transport those exits to quality system,there in quality again will I have to activate?

2. Can we raise the information message by using field exits.

3. if it is not possible, is there any way to raise the information messge, when the user not entered in the equipment field for the transaction iw21.

hi,

already you opened the same kind of thread. Please close once you solved.

1. No need to activate the field exit in the quality server

2. we can't raise Information message in field exits

3. Only we can raise E and A type message in field exits

1 . No Need if you are using transports.

2 & 3. In field exits you can raise only message type "E" . If no entry you can raise message "E" . It will be as good as making the field mandatory .

IF INPUT IS INITIAL.

MESSAGE E001(XXX) .

ENDIF.
