Deletion of workbooks

Hello all,

Will the deletion of roles also delete the associated workbooks?

if not ..then how can i do the mass deletion of the workbooks selectively ??

Hi,

By deleting role it wont delete the workbooks assigned to it..

Hi Gururaj,

I dont think deleting the roles will delete the workbooks. You would need to delete the workbooks one-by-one. Use the function module RRMX_WORKBOOKS_DELETE to achieve this.

If the workbooks have not been used for a long time and if your are sure of the list then you can use the program RRMX_WORKBOOKS_UNTOUCHED_PURGE.
