Hi,
In COGI I find some non-editable greyed out PM SKU entries which are traced back to PM orders. But the 261 Goods movement date does not match with the COGI date. How can these be removed without disturbing the PM order cost?
Thanks
Hi,
Thank you for the reply. Of the mentioned COGI entries, some of them have already "Final Issue" indicator flagged and some do not. But both are showing in COGI. Could you please explain?

Hi SAP Fresher,
So it's likely that this issue is not related to uncleared reservations - we need to investigate further.
I found this blog on COGI errors:
See this paragraph:
"Automatic goods movements are not permitted for materials that require serial numbers. However, if an automatic goods movement is specified for a material that requires a serial number then an error record is written. This error record can be displayed using the reprocessing function but it cannot be posted. Error records for materials that require serial numbers must be deleted manually. The goods movement must then be executed manually in inventory management."
Do your materials have serial numbers?
Thanks.
Hi SAP Fresher,
Is there really no error message available in COGI, even when you click on "Display errors"?
Please confirm.
Also, did you have a look at these notes?
1868084 - FAQ: Transaction COGI
545749 - COGI: How to correct certain errors.
1631357 - Deletion of obsolete failed goods movments
Do you see anything from the notes that you could apply to your scenario?
Thank you,
Annabelle Roux
Hi,
The system status of the work order is REL CNF PRT GMPS MSPT PRC SETC and order status is READ WPRT
I am wondering whether it has got anything to do with MSPT-Material Shortage and WPRT-Await out of stock part. Kindly advice.

Hi SAP Fresher,
Per the GMPS status, some goods movements posted successfully.
But it seems that the system still has some uncleared reservations for these work orders.
You should be able to edit the orders as there are released.
Can you please try the following?
Does the order still show in COGI? Please revert back.
Thanks.
Hi SAP Fresher,
Which error message do you get when you process these goods issues?
Thanks,
Annabelle Roux
