Material cost is not picking in cost estimate

While doing cost run, one material cost is not picking.

I have checked in BOm which is having that material consumption. But it is not comming

in cost estimate (CK11n)

Anybody please provide your help on this

Dear Vadivu

Check that in material master any price is available according to the definition of strategy sequence for material in your valuation variant.

Pointers to start with:

a) check Procurement type in MM03 - MRP2;

b) check the :do not cost" indicator in Costing tab 1;

c) check if BOM/Routing are valid/status as active as on Costing Date; deletion indicator is not set; CostingRelevncy in BOM is X (100% Relevant to Costing); it is not a bulk material;

d) check valuation variant for the material;

Your problem can be occurred for various reasons.

Hi..

First, You double-click BOM Item Number  with problem to go detail screen and click status.lng text tab and check whether costing relevancy have "X" value as below picture.

If not, you check whether material with problem have  “do not cost” value in costing 1 view of material master.

Just one small suggestion in Ck11N Screen Change Costing lot size to 500 which is your BOM base quantity, and then check whether these two item comes?
