xml forms builder error

Hello All,

I get the error

Xml forms builder must have version atleast 6.3.0.

When I try the test however all the tests are successful. How can i fix this?

what version and SP is your portal and KM component?

Also which version of Java are you using ?

Hi Vijay,

Please clear all client side caches an try it again.

In particular, you have to do the following steps:

(1) Clear the Java PluginCache at

Start->Settings->ControlPanel->JavaPlugin->Cache

(2) Clear the BrowserCache of your Browser at

Tools->InternetOptions->DeleteFiles

(3) Close ALL BrowserWindows ... Try it again.
