Business Objects XLSX report Iphone Ipad mail problems

Hello everybody ,

Business Objects 4.0 SP6 Fixpack 6 , I cant view BO XLSX format mail on iphone and ipad . Our phones has ios 7 .

How can I find this problem without application ?

Do you have the application like quickoffice installed in the Ipad to open it...

Let us know if you have the app installed in the ipad and still not able to open the XLSx file... In that case please update what is the app you use and what is the error you face in ipad
