iPad Agentry encounter error when connecting Work Manager

Hi,

I encountered the below error on iPad Agentry Client during connecting the Work Manager.

Requesting Public Key form Server

SSL_CHAIN_INVALID (*actually localized words)
Communication error(14)

- iPad: Syclo Agentry Ver. 6.1.3.10212 Nov 22 2013

- Server: Agentry Server (Work Manager) Ver. 5.3.0.0


Is there a person who meet the same issue.

Give me some clue to resolve.

    Did you upgrade your Work Manager to run on SMP 2.3? or is still on Agentry 6.0?

    If you are running the Work Manager on Agentry 6.0 you want to use the 6.0.36 clients on the Appstore not the 6.1.

      I understand why I encountered the problem.

      So to solve the problem I will try to install and set up SMP 2.3 environment.

    The SSL_CHAIN_INVALID error indicates that the certificate that the Agentry Server is presenting back to the client could not be validated.  With SMP 2.3 (Agentry 6.1.3) you need to generate a certificate for your Agentry server and install the associated portion on the iPad so it can validate what the server presents when connecting.

    This will apply to all clients not just iPad moving forward on SMP 2.3 (and SMP3).  Starting with Agentry 6.0.38 this will be an optional configuration you can implement through a branded iOS client as well.

    Hello,

    I got faced same issue, the problem was the communication. Be sure that you are in same network with syclo server and can access it from ipad.

      We checked our network and there is no problem about network communication.

      Maybe cause of this is other.
