Transaction iView on Portal on Device Not working

Hi,

  I have created one transaction iView on ep portal. the iview is working fine on laptop/browser client. But the same iView is not running while i am using andriod/apple tablets. when i am clicking on the iview tab nothing happend. even i am not getting any error.

for testing i have assigned only this particular role only for this user (same user can run the iview on laptop browser etc.)

We are running with NW 7.3 sp09

Portal on Device is configured

User has been assigned portal on device role.

can anyone help please.

Have u configured ITS ??

Or you can create an IAC iview in the portal

  Thanks for your time.

ITS is configured and from laptop/desktop browser it is working perfectly fine in production server.

1. Can't i run normal transaction iView through iPad/Andriod (via configure Portal on Device).

2. i have created one IAC ivew (by following the thread http://scn.sap.com/message/5297709). but still it is not working in tablet/phone (working in desktop).

any advise.
