Issue with Statuses in Checklist Functionality- Service Request

Hello All,

I am only able to view two statuses for the checklist profile configured for my service request.

Following are the configurations done, the item category determination is done.

Next I have assigned a status profile to the item category

The status profiles have 4 statuses defined in them

The radio active buttons for allowed and set are checked.

However when I am opening the checklist in the service request only two statuses are visible, which are open and rejected the other two statuses in process and completed are not coming, please advice if I am missing any configurations.
