Prompt to Make Queries Optional

Hi all,

I have a WebI report containing 10 queries.

However, I want to give the users freedom to select which queries to run and which not to run.

Are there any prompts which can do that? If so, much helpful if you could guide me through the steps as I am quite new to SAP BO.

Hi Billy,

There is no option to have a prompt on query name to choose in BO.

Simply way is that create a variable at the backend for each query with a unique values and provide the variable as merged prompt in the report. When the users enter the value, the report executes all queries and gets the data only from the query that has matched value.
