e2e alert analysis report email missing data from attached html

Hello, we are on SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS08.

We have Technical Monitoring set up and have been receiving emails with a html file  report attached 

The html report  (file full ) for example was sending a report  with a list of files in green , yellow or red status.

Lately the reports are missing the file lists  The html file is only 6kb with the header data but no file list,  It used to be around 77 kb , any idea what happened?

Now, If I go to the alert inbox and pull up the alert and then use the create notification and send the email I get the list ok.

Have you tried creating a new template as a test to verify if its template specific or a system wide issue?

Has anyone changed the content customization?

I too had the same issue. The same note 1814895 fixed the issue for me.
