    Hello

I believe the user J2EE_GUEST is present in the ABAP stack.

Create user J2EE_GUEST using Tx SU01 and assign SAP_J2EE_GUEST role to it.

    Hi,

System is having the issue because you deleted the J2ee_guest.

Where is the ume of this portal. If it is BW backend system then just create the j2ee_guest user in the ume client.

    Check the below two notes.

956867 - USER_AUTH_FAILED: User account for logonid "Guest" not found

1883674 - The AS Java cannot start due to USER_AUTH_FAILED exception

1707693 - J2EE engine startup fails due to backend user account not in validity date error

    Thanks

    Thanks Rishi and Reagan!

The issue is resolved . We had to recreate the J2EE_GUEST  in the backed ABAP stack.

However, in one of the servers(DEV/QA/PRD) we had to restart the java stack to make the BW portal accessible.

    Regards,
