Thanks for your help.

Hi Diego,

As far as I'm aware you cannot change the color of a system for all the users. The different themes are based on the local SAPGui settings not on the system parameters themselves.

As pointed above, you can add logon screen information.

You can define the Color Settings in the backend system as well, see SAP note 1640960 for details. Another option is to distribute the Color Settings to all clients. The Color Settings are stored in the registry. You can distribute registry settings within the Active Directory. The path is \Software\SAP\General\Appearance\Systems.

Hello Montano,

You can update the GUI settings in SAP Logon pad 'Options'. Below screenshot shows the settings for System wise settings.

Hope it helps.

Thank you for your answer, but I need to modify the SAP appearance to differentiate an enviroment PRD from an environment QAS, depending on the colors in each server.

Hi,

You can also add some icons if you want.... but options from note 205487 - Own text on SAPGui logon screen are limited.

But it is also possible to display a web site page in your login screen,

1387086 - HTML viewer in SAP Easy Access screen

it is then possible to design that page for each system with all the colors, fonts &  graphics you want !

Best regards
