Error while executing "Push DPC Configuration to Wily" SolMan 7.1

Hello,

we are setting up a new installation of Solution Manager 7.1 SP10.

We stuck on point 5 of the Basic Configuration (Configure Automatically). Everything is green expecting "Push DPC Configuration to Wily".

We got the following error-message but we do not know how to solve the issue:

Can somebody give us advice?
