Hi All,
I am facing this strange problem with my PI 7.31 in availability planning.
When making a new entry in AP tab, when I am trying to fill in the start time and end time details, the time is shown in 1 hour gaps.
e.g. If i want a channel to be scheduled for 10 minutes, it is not possible for me to do it, as the minimum duration available is 60 minutes.
also the 'duration' field is non-editable.
I can see other channels in the list who are planned for 10 minutes, 15 minutes or for customized durations. So I am confused how do I do it without touching polling interval in communication channel in ID.
Is there some issue with settings/role ? To Who do I report it ? Should i submit an OSS note for it ?
Can you please provide a solution for it ?
I have checked other similar threads but I could not see any satisfying solution to it.
Regarding this thread
http://scn.sap.com/message/14055768
and solution there, I have few things to say:
1) Yes, my issue is similar that I am unable to find duration less that 60 minutes/1hour.
2) Believe me !! the minimum duration is 60 minutes reflecting in my system.
3) I am not looking at any kind of work arounds.
Warm Regards
Saurabh

Hi Saurabh,
Normally it should be in editable mode.
Check with your roles, and check once in other PI (Dev / Qua) environment as well.

Hi Saurabh
Choose any time from drop down and then change it. I am sure you will be able to do that. In my system also the values has to be choose from drop down. But after selecting any entry suppose 05:00 , I can go and change it to 05:05 or 05:01 anything.
I can see your screen also shows the editable mode.
