Error when Exporting AR invoice to MS Word

Hi All

A client is getting an issue when they trying to export an AR invoice to MS Word.

Error: No matching records found  'Legal List Format' (OLLF) (ODBC -2028)  [Message 131-183]

I have checked the paths to the word Doc folder and its correct and the users have access to that path.

We have changed the settings in MS Word as well and its still the same error

They are on SAP9.0 PL06.

I have tested in on my demo..SAP9.0 PL07 and I dont get that error and the setup is more or less the same.

Does anyone know what this error means?

Hi,

It may be problem in 9.0 PL06, try to upgrade to latest PL07 or 08.

The above problem was reported in 8.8 & 8.82 version.

Hi Jerusha,

If PL07 is fine but not PL06, it is usually caused by bug. Log a ticket to SAP support.
