IDT 4.1: freehand-SQL

Hi,

how can I use freehand-SQL in BO 4.1 in IDT?

I would need this information due to the following information (am I right here?):

1. Web Intelligence doesn't offer a freehand-SQL functionality
2. only Crystal Reports for Enterprise offers a freehand-SQL functionality

Hi..

If you have implement all the logic’s and data conversions in the universe level  and in the WEBI just drag and drop the object’s …so your universe support for ad-hoc reporting then no need to use SQL in the WebI.

You can create a derived table in IDT using freehand SQL and exposed all the column as Universe objects to be accessed by the Webi..
