License Notice Exceeds but Still Less than Limit

Hello Experts!

Our company is requesting license for a certain user as professional user. However, the license file has an expiry of 14 days saying that the number of users exceeded already.

But when I checked our license panel in the SAP's licensing site, the number of professional users allowed is still greater than we had licensed/requested.

We've tried again but still same.

Hi,

The license file you got is a temporary one. It means something not match. Check out what is wrong: harware key etc.

Nothing was wrong with the hardware key

The client's window (in SAP License site) has 5 Professional License, and we requested 3.

But when we received the B01_Multiple, and applied it in Service Manager, SAP B1 prompts that there is an expiry date and will expire next two weeks.

How does this happen?

Do you want to add 3 licenses? Why not request 5?
