<b> COPA-Account Based Problem</b>

Hi Experts,

1. I have an Operating Concern AB01 which is Account-Based.

2. I have generated Data Source for Account based operating concern for COPA thru KEB0.

3. In the COPA Data source field I can see the Characteristic Segment level, Segment Table, line items and Value Fields are available.

4. Then I Generated Info Catalog and the data source was created successfully.

Now the main Problem is when I check the data for this Datasource in RSA3.

I am getting a message <b>Error Occurred During Extarction</b>.

Even though I select KOKRS and PERIO fields which are mandatory fields.

Can u guide me what is to be done to view the data in data source in Source system(R/3).

Second Problem</u>

When I replicate the Datasource in BW and I try to maintain Assign Infosource. Some of the Currency fields are not able to mapped.

I activates the Infosource the status was warning message.

When I try to create Info Cube based on this Infosource No Key Figures are transferred from this Info Source.What could be the reason.Is am missing any thing.

Your help is highly appreciated.

Did you try to run the extractor checker in debugging mode?

Then you can identify the reason for the error message.

Hi Vijay,

Have you checked the note 392635, maybe it might help.

Also have you checked whether the tables CE1/2/3/4XXXX have data available there.

Hope it helps to drill down to the problem.

Hi,

CE1/2/3/4XXXX are related to Costing based operating concern.,

Am working on Account based Operating concern.Any input..plz..

Hi,

The OSS Notes which you have suggested is no use.

My System was R/3 4.7 and BW 3.5.Th OSS NOTES are related to older version.

So any more ideas.
