Help with issue exporting report to csv file?

I'm using Crystal Reports XI.

When trying to export a report file into .csv format, I receive a prompt saying "Please wait while Windows configures..." which quickly disappears and I'm given no further prompts to save the file to a location or anything else. Do I need to install something to make this work or does anyone have any advice on how to resolve this issue?

    Hi Brad,

    I would first advice you to upgrade to CR XI R2. Follow this blog on how to.

    Also make sure that the product is installed using a 'Local Admin account'.
