SAP WCEM 2.0 Applications are not appearing in WCB

Dear All,

I am new to SAP WCEM Technology. i have a query on WCB.

I am logging to web channel bulider with a user id "wcem_p". few day back when i login with this user i was able to see all applications (online and

offline).

but now when i login with user "wcem"

, i am not able to see those applications in WCB, but applications are available in Application available list

I dont have any clue on what has happened. i want to know whether these applications are not available because of Access or any one has deleted using the user wcem_p.

We have the same behaviour in Qa systems also. while acessing any application in Qa we are getting belwo error in QA (error not happening in PROD )

I request you help on undersstanding the same.
