Pls let me know ,IS there any configuration required to have the document number in MB90 list.

FYI: My forms are properly configured under Output types.

(ex. WA01,Wa03,We01,We03).I've configured the CONTROL RECORDS Also).

    Check in MB02/ 03 whether an output was created at all .

    ( Goto -> Additional Functions -> Output )

    You can also check table NAST ( KAPPL = 'ME', OBJKY = <DOCUMENTNO><YEAR><ITEMNO> ( conactenated or <DOCUMENTNO>* ) , KSCHL = <OUTPUT_TYPE>) . See if NAST-VSTAT is 0 or 1 . 1 means already processed . 0 means can be processed by MB90.

    This will give you a clue whether your output / conditions is configured correctly.

    Cheers.
