E-wage types to update clusters - automated tax year end adjustments

Hi ,

Is there a functionality released by SAP for automated tax year end adjustments (UK payroll) in the form of E-wage types?If yes, are there note numbers you could kindly provide for this?

Hello

No, there is no standard solution as such available for use of E-Wagetypes.    

These wagetypes are primarily used only in rare scenarios(as a last resort)when an adjustment needs to be done to the CRT values.

The edit wage types were originally delivered for E121, E501 etc. to correct data that was incorrectly loaded at go-live. They were not originally designed for use in other scenarios e.g. corrupt data

due to inaccurate data etc. The official line from SAP is that edit wage types should only be used in 'extreme' situations and as such we do not deliver a full range of E wage types. we deliver a sample of

them that customers can copy if they need to use them.

Hello

There are no such documentation available for the Edit wagetypes.

However the list of edit wagetypes can be obtained thru V_512W_D, for country grouping 08, wagetypes with E series , i.e E101 onwards.

Try reading the F1 documentation on PCR GEOY in the standard schema. Might give you a few clues.
