    Hi Girish,

There could be several reasons on why you aren't able to connect with Console or DM, please verify that the version of the Console and DM on your side arn't from on older MDM version.

If your colleague can connect to the same server please check if he and you are using the same server and when connecting to the server, also it could be that you're colleague is connecting to MDM from the same machine MDS is installed upon, in that case please check SAP note 1692228

    HTH,

    Hi Girish,

    Check the following

    1. The version of DM. If you are using a lower version than the MDM version then chances are that it wont connect.

    2. your local network which connects to the server.

    Girish,

It appears to be network or user credentials over your system. Please verify your credentials along with network connectivity on your system. Basis team must help your on fixing this.

    Hi,

if there is a version mismatch you would receive following error message during mounting: "File failed a crc check". If this doesn't come up then it is most likely that this is something else.

Please make sure that you are in the same network (VPN?). Then make sure that you are using the correct server name. You could try try to ping the MDM server (or the IP) on cmd. If that works please try again in the console or DM.

    Regards,

    Erdal
