Hello Naidu,

You need to install both 32bit and 64bit Oracle clients on your BO server as well. You also need to configure your TNS.ora file after the installation.

The reason you are not getting an error on your machine is probably defined TNS settings in your computer. You have to do the same on your server.

The TNSORA file present in the subfolders under oracle folder is not same on your machine and the other machine. Just find the TNS entry from your TNSORA file and copy the same in the TNSORA file on another machine where the problem is.

The TNSORA file presents in the subfolders in the Oracle folder.

If users are getting the error in the Rich Client and you are not getting this error from Rich Client then just try to copy the TNS entries from your desktop to the users desktop and then check the report.

Also check the version of the oracle client on your system and user's system who is getting the error.

HI,

First of all,

Where do you run report ? Internet Explorer? or Webi Rich Client?

If you run it in IE, This problem is Oracle Client(64bit)

but In Webi Rich Client, This problem is Oracle Client(32bit).

You has to check Oracle Client bit-version.

Thanks.
