    Hi,

    You are using sapserv9 .

You are trying to use this

sapserv9 (169.145.197.110) for customers in Asia.

Have you adjusted your router file as per the below link.

    https://websmp101.sap-ag.de/saprouter-sncdoc

    Thanks

    Hi,

    Please check the below document

    http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/c06c8846-c160-2d10-d18e-d9961e9c7219?overridelayout=true

Seems some problem with the SNC set up or with the service user which you are using to start.

    Thanks,

    Jagadish.

This should be your SNC Routers Name instead of sapservx in the saproutertab. Your own SNC Key is for CN=Your-Name

make sure that you have installed a proper router certificate.

    Hello

Have you configured the saprouttab properly ?

It looks like your saprouttab configuration is incorrect.

If possible provide the saprouttab configuration file.

    Regards

    RB
