In the transfer structure you would find a check box at the end of the row for that Info-object.

Try checking the info-object in RSRV and look into the logs.
Alternatively try to check the conv exit check box in the transfer structure for that info-object and retry the load.
Thanks the communication does not have a conversion exit for the object whereas the transfer structure does. How do I remove the conversion exit from the transfer structure?
