Does ACE affect the users' authorizations when using CIC web client?

Hi,

In the documentation for ACE we read "The CRM Access Control Engine is only used in the People-Centric UI". My question is when using ACE, can we control the users' authorizations, given the fact that they are using the Customer Interaction Center web client in the People Centric UI?

Hi Philip,

I think you should be able to use ACE in the CIC in PCUI. Because in the SAPGUI, the user authorizations and roles are defined in the starting by the administrator. Go through this link for more deatils.
