KTOPL chart of account in COPA datasource

Dear Guru/ BW experts,

Today when i did a test for COPA data,

I faced an strange thing,

In the PSA table i found a field which is called KTOPL with the description of Chart of accounts, and the value is initial.

When i want to reconcile the data with RSA3 and related CE1XXXX table in ECC side,

Strangely, I cannot find the relevant field at all.

Could you please help me with it?

Thank you so much!

Lee Do, Best Regards!

    Hi,

Pls check if the field can be seen in Tx: KEB0 in source system. If you don't see it then the value will be initial for the field KTOPL in PSA.

    Thanks,

    Sathya

    Hi Do Lee,

for COPA we have 4 tables, CE1XXXX to CE2XXXX.

Have you checked at other tables? please check on it.

if its not resolved then delete your data source and recreate with data source with same name at KEB0.

    Thanks

    • Hi,

Can you check at RSA3, your data source how many fields its have and same check at PSA table.

Mean while can you check at data source and connected target transformations.

at RSA6, choose your data source and see the check box field only know in exit was selected or not. if its selected then its enahnced.

      Thanks

    Hi

The datasource for copa is based on the operating concern which pulls the data from the CE tables. If you field is missing check in KEB0 if it's included.

    hope that helps

      Hello Martin,

Yes, you are right, it's costing based copa datasource,

It's also can be found from the extract structure and in PSA table, but not in KEB0 and CE1/2/3/4xxxx tables.

      Best Regards!
