viewing the information in tables on LO extraction

HI to BW Experts,

when i am doing the R/3 Lo extraction by unserialized delta, how the data flows from document tables to update tables? is there any table or transaction to view the update tables? when the setup tables came into existence in unserialized delta ?

thanks in advance.

    - Check Roberto's weblog /people/sap.user72/blog/2005/01/19/logistic-cockpit-delta-mechanism--episode-three-the-new-update-methods

for the sequence of updates for V3.

    - You can check tables VBHDR/VBDATA/VBMOD/VBLOG tables for update related entries (including V3). You can also check it in txn SM13.

    - Setup tables are used one-time (in a simplistic sense), when you initialize (these are used to bring the history data, before delta mechanism kicks in).

What you see in SM13 is all V1/V2/V3. Essentially you are not likely to see anything for V1 in there as that would mean a production issue. You may see some entries for V2 errors, and there would be an indicator saying it is a V2 error.

You will also see all V3 there, including what comes as part of your unserialized V3 bound for delta queue.
