Error in Send email notification in Incident Management

Dear Experts ,

Could you please help me where I am going wrong.

Here is my problem.

 

Step-1: Trying to
send an email.


 

Step  2: Once clicked on Send E-mail. Below screen
appears

Step 3:

I followed http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-35291 . Now I have made some changes when I click on send email under follow up I am getting below screen.

Step 4:

Now how to get back to the previous screen and resolve the issue .

Hello Sai,

At step 2 you have authorzation issue 'category 401 is not permitted on the transaction type 0005'.

Use ST01 to check what is missing.

Hi Sai,

Have you maintained BP details for the accounts properlu and the user details in SU01 .

Please check from that side.

Moreover check what this transaction type 0005 and category mapped to that Transaction type does in SPRO.

     Thank you for your replay, I have maintained category as email under transaction type 005 . Please find the screen shot . Now after clicking on send email my screen is appearing as STEP 4 . But actually I need to roll back it to as it was appearing as step 2:

Hi Sai,

Your Screenshot 2 was showing Email and Screen 4 was showing Outgoing Email. Check what are all the changes you have done as per the doc to revert back to the original screen.

You need to juggle around SPRO to get rid of it.

Hi ALL,

I have check in the transaction

CRMC_PROCESS_MA

. Under this if I am changing for forcefully initial category as 401 then it is taking me to original screen which through an error as 401 is not a category when sending a mail.. Why is this happening.

And one more thing.. How to maintain data shown in step 3: As shown in screen.

Hi All,
How do we maintain organizational data.. I have generated a BP from Existing user Id where I maintained contact details. Any thing I need to maintain for organizational data.

You can check the Account and Contact details. Contact your
system administrator to check the Organizational information. Maintain the
required information and then re-send the E-Mail."

How to proceed , with this , Apart from account and contact details check what else need to be checked  from administration end.

Finally I found out the solution for this . We need to assign the category under the transaction type 005 as 401. Then this problem is solved.
