Sales Order Header Text missing after system Upgrade from 4.6 to ECC6

Dear Experts,

I am facing an issue  where all my Text Types are missing from the Sales Order Header -> Text tab.

In the older version all the Sales Order Header Text where available. Plz find the attached screen below, all the "Txt ty." are missing. Kindly suggest how to solve this issue from ABAP point of view.

I have searched the issue online but could not find any relevant solution for this issue.

Kindly suggest.

Hi,

SAP note 615451 describes an issue of missing text ids after upgrade.

I don't think that you can use this note. But you can check in transaction VOTXN that old and new system have the same entries. And you can check that entries from table TTXER hav been transferred to table TTXERN. This should be a step after upgrade.

I have checked the table TTXER in old system with the table TTXERN in new system, all the data has not been transferred to table TTXERN.

Only very few records are available in table TTXERN.

But in the transaction VOTXN data exists in the Type ID and ID Description.

it seems that report SDTXT1AID has to be executed.

Hi Nabheet,

In the transaction VOTXN data exists in the Type ID and ID Description.

But as per the FC, the data should have uploaded into the New Upgraded from the Old system..

Solved the issue executing the report: SDTXT1AID ..

And found an SAP Note: 900607 for the same issue..
