Remove tick on one-time-vendor in config

We have an Account group for vendor that has been changed from "Normal vendor" to have the tick set for One-time-vendor in OMSG. This is done I our development system and transported to out test and quality system, NOT to production.

We have a lot of vendors created in this Account group before the tick for was set as one-time-vendor and now we can't see the address on the vendor.

I removed the one-time-vendor tick on the Account group and imported it to our test system. I expected the address fields to be visible in the screen again. I have checked in LFA1 that the address exist in the table.

Is there more I need to do to get the Account group back to a non-one time vendor and get the existing vendors correct again.

Best Regards

LFA1 is just the redundant address to keep old transactions and own programs still alive, the full address is stored already since R/3 40B system in the central address table ADRC. And the link to this central address is in LFA1-ADRNR field.

Did you create the vendors in the test system before or after this incorrect setting? If after then you have an inconsistency in the master data after you changed your customizing again, as the information of one-time vendor is stored in table lfa1 field XCPDK

If before, then I would also expect to see the address as before. I am not aware of any job that automatically removes the address number from thousands of vendors and sets the indicator for one-time vendor in theLFA1-XCPDK after a transport has been made.

    Hello Ann,

On reading your post, understand that you have Address data available in background tables but not visible in Vendor Maintenance, then you should look at Field status control of Account group. While marking the group to one time account, i guess layouts are also changed. In OMSG, you can click General data and check the address fields if they are suppressed.
