This appears to be a user security issue to me .. can you check the view instance for the folder you are trying to see is enabled in CMC for the user id? Please check screen capture for details..

Hi Durgamadhab, I validated your comment and the user that I am testing contain access to view Instances. Also I validated an user with Administrator rights and I have the same results.

So can you explain little more in details.. You created a schedule in launchpad and you see then is one instance for the report ; however when you go to the history there is no instance?

Can you check with a different browser ? Also what is the BOBJ version and ptach details?

Basically before I can see the instances on the history for the webi reports. we restarted the servers and after of this activity we cannot see the instances for the webi reports.

If I select Latest Instance I can see the last instance of the report but when I go to History I cannot see any instance and this only happen for Webi reports.

Now if I create a new schedule I have the schedule run correctly but I cannot see nothing in the history.

Another thing, when I go to Instance Manager, I cannot see the success and Failed Instances.

I'm not sure if some service in BO is affecting this problem. I validate the services and everything is running and enabled.

About your question.

I validated with Firefox, Chrome and IE and I have the same error message.

The version that I have is BO XI 4.0 and SP 5

Can you check from query builder if the the instances are present in repository for a particular report (CUID)

Try with this query below

SELECT * FROM CI_INFOOBJECTS WHERE SI_KIND='PROGRAM' AND SI_INSTANCE=0 and SI_CUID = 'AXcJR0EMv8xHpC6UjPjIc1A'

If it does not return any record then then the next option you might want to explorer inconsistencies using reposcan..

here is a link on using the RDT How to use Repository Diagnostic Tool - Business Intelligence (BusinessObjects) - SCN Wiki

This is just a hunch, but is your browser zoomed past 100%?  I've seen quirks where if you are like at 105% or 125% as an example, lists appear unpopulated.

Hi Michael,

I validate the size from the web browser and is ok, the problem is only for webi reports, for crystal I can see the history correctly, the problem is only the Webi reports. I validate the rights and is correctly I have access to view instances.
