Dear All,
In my development client after MRP run no planned order for finished good and no PR for components is getting generated. The settings of development client and production client is same,as customer is running MRP.
I could not find the reason for this, I have created fresh material and fresh components which doesn't have stock and MRP type used in all materials is PD. while running MRP I has taken setting as create purchase requisition.
Kindly help me,as we have to transfer few new request to production and we are afraid that may be MRP setting of production will also get effected ,as it was running perfect in development too previously.
Thanks
Vivek Varun
HI all,
One badi was activated in the client, because of which MRP was not working properly.

Hi,
Check MD05 to view the result of the MRP run and check if there is any termination message.

Hi Vivek,
Is there any customer requirements on the finished goods in your development client? If no, just create one customer order and then run MRP again; If yes, maybe you can choose MRP type VB and maintain the reorder point stock in material master data of the new component, after that run MRP again, check whether MRP could work with different MRP type, or not?
Best regards
Tao
